Arroyo & Amber Return Policy – Store Credit Only
We’re a small boutique with a big heart and limited inventory—most of our inventory items are ordered in small batches, handcrafted, or one-of-a-kind. Because of that, we do not offer refunds to the original payment method. Instead, we’re happy to issue store credit for eligible returns that meet the guidelines below.
To request a return, email us at support@arroyoamber.com within 14 days of delivery with:
· Your full name
· Order number
· The item(s) in question
· The email address used to place the order (if different)
We’ll always review your request with care.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns for store credit if:
· The item is unused and in original condition
· The item wasn’t purchased as Final Sale
· The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 24 hours of delivery (no exceptions), and we’ll make it right.
Store Credit Details:
· Issued within 7 business days of approved return receipt
· Credit does not expire
· Credit will be for the amount paid (if you used a discount code, you’ll receive credit for the discounted amount)
· Credit can be used online or in-store
Items That Cannot Be Returned:
To honor the artists, craftsmanship, and limited nature of some of our offerings, the following are ALWAYS FINAL SALE
· All jewelry items
· Any item marked Final Sale
· Items purchased at 30% off or more (this includes items purchased with discount code or items marked down on live sales)
· Gift cards
· Pre-orders or special orders
Shipping charges are non-refundable and a $25 restocking fee will be charged to all returns.
