I’m Mary Anne Been—raised in San Diego, landed in Burbank in 1998, and have worn more hats than a Royal Ascot attendee. From chef to editor-in-chief, personal trainer to real estate agent, I’ve built a career around reinvention, hustle, and a good eye. Arroyo and Amber was sparked during a shopping trip in Bullhead City, AZ, when I realized this beloved river town had nowhere to find chic clothing, stylish home decor, or accessories with personality.

So I’m fixing that. Arroyo and Amber is a retail space designed for women of all ages who want to find something that fits their lifestyle—whether they wear it or decorate with it.
